To ask the Deputy Prime Minister what assessment he has made of telecommunication operators' implementation of their Ten Best Practice Commitments; and if he will make a statement. [102093]

Mr. McNulty

The Mobile Operators Association have commissioned Deloitte and Touche to carry out an independent review of the implementation of the Operators Ten Commitments. The results of the review will be publicly available in due course.
