To ask the Secretary of State for Health which local area health authorities in England and Wales have authorised pharmacies to provide the morning-after pill free of charge under Patient Group Directives to(a) women over the age of 16 and (b) girls under the age of 16; and when authorisation was (i) given and (ii) withdrawn in each case.
