§ Mr. JamiesonI have not received any representations from suppliers of powered wheelchairs or powered scooters (both of which are described in law as "invalid carriages") about their road safety implications.
I will, however, shortly be launching a comprehensive review of the construction and use requirements of these vehicles and suppliers will be among those whose views we will be seeking.
