To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will assess the effectiveness of the Enhanced Thinking Skills Programme. [99725]

The effectiveness of the programme is assessed through reports on institutional behaviour, psychometric data, and by the long-term evaluation of reconviction data. The programme also fulfils the strict set of accreditation criteria laid down by the1074W Correctional Services Accreditation Panel and whose role includes an annual assessment of programme delivery.
