§ Mr. Hutton[holding answer 27 February 2003]: Severalls hospital site in Colchester is one of a number of properties included in the one-off sale of remaining retained estate being handled by NHS Estates, an executive agency of the Department of Health.
The sale is expected to be completed, subject to approval, by September 2003.
