§ Mr. McNultyLondon Underground Ltd. (LUL) has consulted the Government's Committee on the Medical Effects of Air Pollution (COMEAP) on this issue. COMEAP's advice is that statutory levels do not apply to the Underground. Nevertheless I understand from LUL that dust levels are many times lower than the statutory occupational exposure limits for various forms of dust, set by the Health and Safety Executive.
