§ Lord McIntosh of HaringeyPrecise comparisons between the cost of the European Parliament and the Houses of Parliament are difficult. The latest information is as follows. The total costs and per capita costs for the House of Lords for 2001–02, given in my reply of 21 June 2002 (WA 109), have been slightly amended.
