§ Mr. RammellEfficiency targets for 2003–04 were set in Spending Review 2000. For 2003–04, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has an efficiency target of 3 per cent. which was calculated to be £29.53 million in money terms, based on the funding baseline before that Spending Review.
