asked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether they will place in the Library of the House a copy of reports by Arup Transport Planning and LEK Consulting which were used by the Strategic Rail Authority to inform their conclusion on sensitive lorry miles published in May 2003. [HL3080]

The Strategic Rail Authority has published its conclusions and a paper,Sensitive Lorry Miles: Results of Analysis, which summarise the findings of the consultants' reports. A copy of that summary is being placed in the Libraries of the House.
