§ Mr. PondThe Child Support Agency, as part of the Department for Work and Pensions, is regularly monitored in its progress towards a range of targets including those on collection of maintenance liabilities. The Secretary of State's targets for 2003–04 are published in the Agency's business plan, a copy of which is in the Library.
