§ John HealeyHM Customs and Excise is responsible for collecting and recording statistics on the movement of goods with other countries. Information on individual importers and consignments is recorded from customs documents submitted at import. For reasons of commercial confidentiality, information relating to individual importers cannot be disclosed. Exemption 13 of the Open Government Code applies.
