To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport if she will publish the code of practice to be used by those associated with the Olympic bid team when lobbying for the 2012 Games. [122123]

The bid company, and all others acting on their behalf, will be required to comply with the IOC's Rules of Conduct, applicable to cities wishing to organise the Games. A copy of the rules is available from the IOC website at:http://multimedia.olympic.org/pdf/ en_report_696.pdf.

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what plans she has to publish accounts of the moneys spent on the 2012 Olympic bid. [122124]

The Olympic bid company will be required to publish its audited accounts.

Moneys spent directly by DCMS and other public sector bodies in support of the bid will be accounted for and reported in the usual manner.
