§ Mr. MeacherAgricultural waste is currently excluded from waste management controls in Great Britain by section 75(7)(c) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. No data are therefore held centrally of either the total amount of agricultural waste produced annually in the UK or the amount recycled. The same position applies under Northern Ireland legislation.
