To ask the Secretary of State for Health pursuant to his answers of 7 November 2002,Official Report, column 542W, and 27 November 2002, Official Report, column 356W, on NHS funding of silicone cosmesis for artificial limbs, if he will list the sums allocated to individual (a) health authorities and (b) primary care trusts in (i) 2001–02 and (ii) 2002–03 out of the £0.5 million and £1.5 million baseline allocations made respectively for those years.
