§ John HealeyThe Chancellor and other Treasury Ministers have received representations on skills issues from a variety of organisations, including learning providers. The Government are currently reviewing the funding of adult learning, including the role of financial incentives. This review will feed into the National Skills Strategy, which will be published in the summer.
