To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what discussions he has had with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland regarding the introduction of university top-up fees. [90018].

My right hon. Friend meets the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland from time to time in the course of normal business. There have also been specific discussions during the higher education review, including on the issue of top-up fees.
