§ Ms BlearsThe Advisory Committee on the Microbiological Safety of Food has advised on the provision of appropriate instructions for products like raw minced beef, raw minced beef products, and beefburgers. This advice is already incorporated in guidance notes to the Food LabellingRegulations and makes clear that such products should be cooked right through so the juices run clear and are not pink inside.
