To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what percentage of the Department's claim packs refer claimants to Citizens Advice Bureaux. [96374]

[holding answer 10 February 2003]: 79 per cent of the Department's claim packs refer claimants to Citizens Advice Bureaux.
