Mortgage lenders and Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB) registered mortgage brokers are permitted to give advice on the suitability of all mortgage loans, irrespective of whether they are for purchases under the Right to Buy scheme or otherwise. These arrangements are not affected by the changes proposed to the Right to Buy Scheme.
