To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on the results of the Ministry of Defence's Stockpile Planning Guidance study. [97196]

Specific information relating to planned munition stocks is withheld under Exemption 1 (Defence, Security and International Relations) of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information. However, I can confirm that the Ministry of Defence's stockpile planning guidance is subject to annual review, and the latest review was completed in September 2002.
