§ Miss Melanie JohnsonLifeBytes is part of the Wired for Health website: a series of websites managed by the Health Development Agency on behalf of the Department of Health and the Department for Education and Skills. LifeBytes provides information for young people on a range of health related issues such as healthy eating, physical activity, drugs alcohol and tobacco, as well as sex and relationships.
It is important that young people have access to information and know where to go for advice. The links from LifeBytes provide further sources of guidance.
