§ Mr. PearsonThere has been close consultation with other Departments at both ministerial and official level on the development of the Government's overall legislative programme as set out in the Queen's Speech. Where appropriate, these consultations have included the territorial extent of proposed legislation. I envisage that some of the provisions mentioned may extend to Northern Ireland.
