asked Her Majesty's Government: Further to the Written Answer by the Lord President on 18 November (WA 271), who took the decision to use the word "North" on the occasion referred to; and whether an instruction was issued to all departments, including to the Secretariat, to use the title Northern Ireland when referring to the country.
