§ Mr. HuttonAs part of the process for making these Regulations, the Department consulted key stakeholders on both the policy and on a draft of the Regulations themselves. Comments were received on the draft Regulations from the General Medical Practitioners Committee of the British Medical Association. Those comments were taken into account in finalising the Regulations, which were laid before the House on 10 January 2003.
