§ Dr. HowellsThe Department supports a range of flexible working options aimed at helping staff to achieve a better work/life balance including part-time working, job-share, compressed hours, term-time working, home-working and flexible working. Currently, 6 per cent. of the total number of staff at the Department work part-time. Part-time workers have the same developmental opportunities as staff that work full time.
