§ Mr. RammellWe are in regular dialogue with our Commonwealth partners about the situation in Zimbabwe. My noble Friend Baroness Amos visited South Africa and Botswana from 31 March to 4 April, and is in contact with other African leaders. We have made clear to our Commonwealth partners that we see no justification for lifting Zimbabwe's suspension from the Councils of the Commonwealth.
