To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the owner of the Movie Star Cafe, Belfast met his obligations as an employer with regard to(a) the Inland Revenue, (b) National Insurance and (c) the Minimum Wage, in relation to the female foreign nationals who were discovered by the Immigration Service in Belfast on 18 December 2002.
