§ Mr. HuttonThe "Join the team, make a difference" national health service recruitment campaign is part of an overall recruitment, retention and return strategy aimed at increasing the size of the NHS workforce. This strategy has contributed to the increase in the NHS workforce of 70,336 between September 1999 and September 20011.
