To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how much money has been spent on racial equality services by the Commission for Racial Equality in Scotland in each of the last five years; [74979]

(2) what the breakdown of spending is in each of the areas of Scotland served by a racial equality council. [74978]
