Whether they will place in the Library of the House a copy of the code of practice for the design, construction and operation of coastal and inland yacht harbours issued by the Yacht Harbours Association. [HL5738]
§ The Minister for the Cabinet Office and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (Lord Macdonald of Tradeston)The code of practice is not available through the Department for Transport, nor any other government department, so I am unable to place a copy in the Library of the House. However, I understand that the Library should be able to obtain a copy of the code from the Yacht Harbours Association for my noble friend and he may therefore wish to contact the Library.
