To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, (1) pursuant to his answer of 1 July 2002,Official Report, column 96W, on disability living allowance, if he will give the same information for (a) the Argyll and Bute constituency and (b) Scotland;[73320]

(2) pursuant to his answer of 1 July, Official Report, column 96W, on disability living allowance, how many applicants whose initial claim for DLA was rejected in (a) the Argyll and Bute constituency, (b) Scotland and (c) the United Kingdom appealed against the rejection in each of the last five years. [73321]
