To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what reports he has commissioned from McKinsey and Company in the past four years. [80973]

Since September 1998, Ministry of Defence records indicate that four contracts have been let to McKinsey and Company to produce the following reports:

  • Consultancy support for the Smart Procurement Initiative.
  • Support to Equipment Capability Customer Development.
  • Re-energising the Ministry of Defence Change Programme—
  • Assessment of Defence Information Infrastructure.
  • Re-energising the Ministry of Defence Change Programme—
  • Review and Adjust the DLO Business Change Programme.
