[holding answer 21 November 2002]It is not possible to separately identify dangerous incidents. However, in 2001–02, the Health and Safety Executive investigated 13,421 incidents reported under the Reporting of injuries, Diseases and dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR)1995.
