§ Mr. CabornThe standard terms and conditions of awards made by Sport England from the lottery sports fund do not include any requirements in respect of the timing of the completion of the project. Sport England does not collect statistical information on cases which involve variations to case-specific funding conditions. However, within the parameters of public accountability and their financial directions, Sport England operates flexibly in partnership with the applicant to enable the project to fulfil its objectives and achieve the outcomes upon which the award decision was based. It works with the applicant to help them to build the best scheme possible in a realistic timeframe.
