§ Ruth KellyThe Treasury is in regular contact with the FSA on a wide range of issues. The FSA issued a policy statement on Split Capital Investment Trusts in May 2002. It will consult on changes to the listing rules in early 2003. It also has on-going investigations into individual cases.
