§ Mr. Ivan LewisAt the Barcelona Council in March 2002, the Council decided that a one stop European Job Mobility web site should be established with a view to its full operability by the end of 2003 at the latest.
The Commission is currently developing an Internet portal aimed at providing access to information on job and learning opportunities. The launch of the portal is scheduled for November 2002.
