§ Mr. Hutton[holding answer 17 April 2002]: There are no plans to publish the names of the international recruitment agencies dealing with internationally qualified medical staff and other healtcare professional agencies who have failed to adhere to the code of practice. Trusts will be advised to refer to a list, due to be published shortly, of those agencies that are compliant with the code of practice before beginning the process of setting up new recruitment contracts.
