Whether they budget for 100 per cent take-up of public expenditure and tax reliefs under tax credits. [HL4007]

§ Lord McIntosh of Haringey
The figures in the Financial Statement and Budget Report are based on forecasts of the costs of the tax credits and tax reliefs incurred each year. Depending on the tax credit, these forecasts may or may not equal 10 per cent take-up.
