§ Mr. BoatengWe are confident of getting state aid approval from the European Commission shortly for the phasing-in of the levy for aggregates used in processed products in Northern Ireland. The relief will be backdated to 1 April to ensure that no levy is paid on aggregate used to make these products in 2002–03.
