Mr. Hoon

The European Security and Defence Policy seeks to strengthen European military capabilities and to improve EU nations' contributions to NATO.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what recent discussions he has had with the Foreign Office about the ESDP. [40926]

I have regular discussions with my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary on a range of issues, including ESDP.
