To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what discussions his Department has had with the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions concerning the future of Gladwyn's Wood, Denham, Buckinghamshire, with reference to its contiguity with Broadspring Wood, owned by the Highways Agency; [43783]

(2) if Gladwyns Wood, Denham, Buckinghamshire, is now in the ownership of HM Customs and Excise; and what plans his Department has for the wood. [43781]
