§ Dawn PrimaroloDraft legislation is being published today which will ensure that from 6 April 2002, people who work through intermediaries, such as service companies, and who fall within the "intermediaries legislation", will be entitled to the same relief and exemption under the new Approved Mileage Allowance Payments scheme as employees. Copies of the draft legislation are available in the Libraries of the House.
