§ Mr. AlexanderThe Government have already announced the introduction from 8 June of a new special adviser pay system based on individual job evaluation. The paper deposited in the House Library by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on 20 July sets out how special advisers will be allocated to pay bands. Further details will be made available once the process of job evaluation is complete.
