§ Dr. MoonieFuture pension arrangements for employees of Serco Operations who are due to transfer to QinetiQ were agreed on 18 June 2002 between QinetiQ,744W Serco and the trade unions. All of those who were members of Serco's final salary pension scheme will be offered membership of the QinetiQ final salary pension scheme when they transfer.
