Information on the number of Invalid Care Allowance recipients, broken down by area, is available only from 2001. At 31 December 2001 there were about 37,100 recipients in Scotland and 465 in Angus. The numbers of Income Support recipients who also receive Invalid Care Allowance is in the table.
