[holding answer 17 June 2002]: The taxation arrangements for Her Majesty and the Prince of Wales are set out in full in the Memorandum of Understanding in the Royal Trustees report (HC 464) published on 11 February 1993. All other members of the Royal Family are subject to the normal tax rules.
