Ms Blears

The Department has not directly commissioned any recent research into false memory syndrome. The Department provides national health service (NHS) research and development (R&D) funding to meet the NHS costs of hosting R&D supported by funders such as the research councils and charities. Details of ongoing and recently completed research projects funded by or of interest to the NHS are available on the National Research Register at www.doh.gov.uk/research/nrr.htm.
