Friend the Member for Selby (Mr. Grogan) on 25 February 2002,Official Report, column 801W, I have recently received advice from the Health and Safety Commission on the recommendations made by the Work-Related Road Safety Task Group which we are now considering. A copy of that advice has been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
