§ Mr. Nicholas BrownMost existing services, and new services that are being set up, will generally be provided for the cost of a local call (0845 numbers) or, in some circumstances, free. Where different charges currently apply (e.g. 0870 numbers), services are expected to move to the local rate/free charging regime as opportunities arise to do so.
