382WThe level of ministerial salaries are recommended by the Senior Salaries Review Body. From June 2001, in my Department there was one Cabinet Minister, at an annual salary of £68,157:, and one Minister of State, at a salary of £35,356. The Department also provides administrative support services to the Advocate-General for Scotland, who had an annual salary of £59,386.
